Kyoto Kuties card for Jinger Adams design team call

Hello again
Today I am coming to you with a really adorable card. I got the idea from Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbon blog. I used her video to show me how to create the base of the card. I pretty much followed her directions step by step in the card making process but for the decoration process that's where I put my own twist on it.

I got the cute Kyoto girl and panda from the Kyoto Katie's file from Under a Cherry Tree blog. I added some little jewels to the center of the flowers for an added bling. The little birdie and dragon fly I attacked to some clear plastic to make it look like they are flying above. The instructions on how to make this is also in the same video I mentioned above. I'am so in love with this card I believe it to be my all time favorite. I also like the fact that it will fit in a normal envelope. Well that's it for today but please make sure you come back to check out my other projects. Also if you have not already please follow me and if you are already following me thanks so much for the support.
I also just found out that Jinger Adams is having a Design Team call! So, I thought I would give it a try.(cross your fingers). She is awesome. The DT call ends on March 31st.

Easter egg filled with goodies

Hello all
I am back with yet another Easter/spring project. Again I used an SVG Cuts file called Popular Street Tulips I used the egg shaped container and the pedestal. I also used the Hippity Hoppity file for the carrot file.

The adorable little bunnies you see here actually have mint patties inside. I got the idea for these bunnies over at she is the one that came up with these cute bunnies. She offered the gypsy file there if any one is interested. I actually made mine with my Make the Cut software and some Peachy Keen stamps pretty much the same concept just changed a couple of things since my gypsy won't hold a charge.
As far as the egg goes I just imported it into Make the cut and chose the papers I wanted to use and assembled. Same thing for the pedestal and the big carrots but the smaller carrots I imported all parts to my mat highlighted them all and shrank them down so that I would be able to put them inside of the egg and be able to close it.

Thanks for looking and looking forward to everyone's comments

First Easter card of the year

I know I am a little behind on Easter cards but in my family we don't really give Easter cards out to many people so I really do not need to make many of them. I do love to make them because of the colors and bunnies and everything eastery, it's just so cute.

I created my card using the April Avenue collection from SVG Cuts. They have the cutest bunnies on there, I just had to use them. I am hoping to make a card with one of every bunny on there. Back to my card(sorry I get really excited some times and drift away). For my card I used the ballerina bunny,I stamped her face with a peachy keen critter face, ink her cheeks, and finally I added the final touch of cute little freckles on those inked cheeks.

I added some stickles to the pink inside her ears and a little jewel in between her bow. For my little lace looking border I took a strip of green paper and a border punch and punched all across the top and bottom and then I took a strip of my other paper (in this case the egg paper) and layer it on top so you could only see the border on the top and the bottom. Then I just stamped Happy Easter and I was done. It was a pretty simple but really cute card I believe. I hope you all enjoy it and if you have any questions feel free to message me.

Candy box

I know it's kind of late to be posting but its better late then never. Anyways I will get to the reason why you are here. I created this cute candy box using one sheet of paper. I used the following SVG cuts file it's the one piece egg box. It's so cute. I'm really excited to make some more to hand out for Easter filled with either robin eggs or cute Easter bunny candy.

I used a cute button and twine to add some accents along with embossing the yellow pieces which you cannot tell in the picture but it adds a little extra to it.

It's so super easy to create this just choose the papers you want to use, cut it out, and glue it together it cannot get any easier then this. I love it.

Cupcake chickie

Hello everyone

I'm back like I promised. I have another cute card created with another one Nancy's cut files from Lettering Delights. This cut came from Nancy's party file.

Is he not the cutest chickie. I wanted to make this card a little different so instead of it just opening up like a normal shaped card would I made it so that you could pull him out of his cupcake instead.

See. How cute is that. I so love this card. I added a little bit of extra detail by putting stickles in the little circles on his party hat and I also made a Pom Pom out of twine for the top of his party hat. The stamp set that I used for this project came from My Thoughts Exactly and it's called sweet thoughts. they have some really cute stamps that are very versatile too. Well that's it for now but I will be back tomorrow.

I am linking this card to the Paper Issues Blog Welcome to the Candy Shop giveaway so go check them out for a chance to win some cute prizes.

Been away for a while but now I'm back

I know I have been away for quite a while now but I believe that I am back and ready to blog away. In this time that I have been gone I did not stop crafting I actually continued and improved a whole lot. I have lots of cute cards to show everyone. I plan on posting a lot of the projects that I have done and I am currently working on also. So without further ado lets get started.

I used a Nancy's buddies file from Lettering Delights for the cute monkey. I cut him out at 3.5 using Make the Cut on my Silhouette Cameo. I used the same file for the rest of the cuts on this card. I stamped his face with Peachy Keen critter faces. I used my white gel pen to color in his eyes and draw freckles on his cute little checkers that I chalked. I also flocked the monkey with some brown flock, I thought it would give him that extra something. I really enjoyed making this card. In fact I ended up liking it so muck that I did not give it to the person I had made it for. Lol. Well I have to go for now but I will be back tomorrow with something new. Hope to hear from everyone.
