I have not even had a chance to paper craft (which I am missing a lot) I love having my website I just wish that I could get it going faster. I have reached 100 "Likes" on my Facebook page which is great, but I get a little discouraged when I see that I only have 100 Likes. I know it takes time to build up your Likes and customers but I am very impatient. If anybody has any advice on how to build up my customers and likes please share with me. I am super new on all of this website stuff so any advice would be great.

Well back to my website and trying to build up my cliental, hope to hear from everyone with advice.more fun scrapshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14087931614090235323noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5797672268816190419.post-34020844533627177082013-09-14T07:14:00.001-05:002013-09-14T07:14:26.789-05:00It's finally up!Yah!!! It's so hot here already and we haven't even started July, I can only imagine how hot is it going to be by then. So with that on my mind I decided to create a card to cool me down some.

So lets take a look at my frozen treat

Refreshing right? I got this cute card file from SVG Cuts Fruity Fiesta kit. I just jazzed it up a bit by adding some cute paper and some bling. As for my sentiment it came from My Thoughts Exactly

That's it for tonight, thanks for stopping by.

- Posted using BlogPress from my iPad
more fun scrapshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14087931614090235323noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5797672268816190419.post-27266785883387846682013-06-03T20:01:00.001-05:002013-06-03T20:01:20.165-05:00Fishin you a great day Hi everyone!

Time sure does fly by I remember just posting my Mother's Day cards and now I am starting to post my Father's Day cards, next thing you know we will be posting Christmas cards again. It's crazy!!!

So here is my first Father's Day card:

I got the inspiration from a project that Tamara Tripodi did for SVG Cuts. She created a box sort of like the card I made. I changed it from a box to a card and then I changed the saying and the background up. The sentiment is from the stamp set called Under the Sea from My Thoughts Exactly.

Well I hope you enjoyed my card for today. Please come back and check out my others cards that I will be posting for Father's Day.

Thank you all for stopping by.

Linking up at:
My Craft Spot:Monday Challenge #100 Dad

- Posted using BlogPress from my iPad
more fun scrapshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14087931614090235323noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5797672268816190419.post-46190190208173627142013-05-28T19:02:00.001-05:002013-05-28T19:02:52.418-05:00Quick postHi everyone!

I am here with a quick post that I forgot to put up for Mother's Day. I had just received my daughters dance pictures and I wanted to some how incorporate them into my Mother's Day cards for my family. So I came up with the following:

For my cards I used an SVG Cuts file called Cards for Mom for the base and I just switched it a bit so that I could nest my daughters picture. I also created those super simple and super cute boxes from another SVG Cuts kit called High Skies.

What do you all think? Cute and simple right?

Well that's it for tonight, thanks for stopping by.

- Posted using BlogPress from my iPad
more fun scrapshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14087931614090235323noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5797672268816190419.post-69488781961602151722013-05-22T21:35:00.001-05:002013-05-22T21:35:52.850-05:00Beary sweetHi everyone!

It feels like I haven't posted in forever! Hope you all didn't miss me too much.

Tonight I have a cute bear card to share with you all so let's take a look at it.

Isn't that bear so cute? I got her from the Silhouette Store, I believe I just typed cute bear and this was one of the choices. Really cute huh?

I knew when I saw it exactly what I wanted to do with her. I have had that picnic table cover paper for a while now and had not found somewhere to use it until now. It fits my card perfect I thought.

I added a little bling to her bow and to the bottom for an extra kick. I also added some green and black twine.

What do you all think? Super cute bear right?

Well that's it for tonight. Thanks for stopping by.

Linking up at:
Bitten by the Bug 2 : pass it on, celebrate the joy of giving

Silhouette Challenges: anything goes mid post 3

My Craft Spot: challenge #98 ribbon and twine

- Posted using BlogPress from my iPad
more fun scrapshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14087931614090235323noreply@blogger.com9tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5797672268816190419.post-57723255270486640272013-05-16T07:14:00.001-05:002013-05-16T07:14:21.769-05:00B is for birthdayHi everyone,

I cannot believe that I have not posted in like 2 days. I'm so sorry I have been super busy since this is my daughters last week of school.

I have a quick birthday card to share with you all today. Oh course I got the basic concept from SVG Cuts B is for Birthday kit. It is actually the front of one of there bags but I decided to make it into a 5x7 card.

Lets take a look

Cute right? Especially for a child's birthday, which by the way I always need to have some on hand since it seems like my daughters is invited to a birthday party almost every weekend. I decided to use very bright colors and some stickles on the bees wings for a little something extra along with some cute glittery jewels at the bottom so it would be to plain.

Hope you enjoyed my card today. Thanks for stopping by.

Linking up:
Die Cuttin Divas: challenge #115 over the rainbow

- Posted using BlogPress from my iPad
more fun scrapshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14087931614090235323noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5797672268816190419.post-47813879043233295772013-05-12T17:39:00.001-05:002013-05-22T21:40:27.813-05:00Mother's Day gifts Happy Mother's Day everyone!
I finally finished my Mothers day projects and family cards just in time this morning. I had the idea in my head for a week now I just didn't get the time to sit down and finish my projects. They came out adorable I think. Also everyone loved them.
So lets take a look.

I know you all are prob tired from me using SVG Cuts Cards for Mom kit but I love it! It's so simple and cute and fast cards to put together. SVG Cuts rocks with all of there projects. With that being said I used them again for my cute cards in the back which I decided to put my daughters dance recital photo on the front as an extra little gift for them so I just got them in and I know they wanted one. As far as those beautiful gift boxes go they are from SVG Cuts but they are from a different file called High Skies kit which has some awesome projects on it also so if you have not checked it out you need too.
Well I won't keep you any longer today since it is Mothers Day. I got them all done before the big day. Yah me! Now to start on my Mother's Day gifts. Anyways the card I will be showing you tonight is also from SVG Cuts Cards for Mom kit.
So lets take a look.

I used the same accents bottle cap that I used on my previous card. I had made two of them and it looked perfect on both of my cards so I used it on both. Hope that's ok with everyone. I also embossed the little silver strip on the bottom with the divine swirls embossing folder. I really like the way this card turned out. I cannot wait to give out my cards on Mothers Day.
Thanks for stopping by,hope you stop by soon.
Linking up:
Paper play time:ch#9 wet or dry emboss
Fantabulous Cricut Challenge: challenge me Monday #159 Mother's Day

- Posted using BlogPress from my iPad

more fun scrapshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14087931614090235323noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5797672268816190419.post-36610245741379630482013-05-06T20:06:00.001-05:002013-05-06T20:06:28.778-05:00Love you momHi everyone!

Can you believe Mother's Day is right around the corner? Time sure is flying by. I better get to starting my Mother's Day projects. I'm almost done with all my cards for everyone.

Lets take a look at yet another Mothers Day card that I have created

I used yet another SVG Cuts file called Cards for Mom for my card. The card actually said Love You Mom but I changed it up so it would say Mama. I also stamped happy Mother's Day on a bottle cap and attached it to my card along with some red twine. I also added some bling from Hobby Lobby for added accents. I cannot remember where I got the flowery paper from since I've had it for a bit now.

I really hope you all enjoyed my card tonight. For this card I again used SVG Cuts Cards For Mom kit. This card layout is super cute also.
Come on let's take a look at it.

The papers that I used are just adorable I think. They come from Recollections paper stack called Dreaming in Color. That paper stack has beautiful bright patterned papers. I decided to stick to the original card just like it came from SVG Cuts since I wanted to show of that beautiful paper.
That's all for today. Thanks for stopping.
- Posted using BlogPress from my iPad

more fun scrapshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14087931614090235323noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5797672268816190419.post-26066777286229197382013-05-01T20:01:00.001-05:002013-05-01T20:12:06.958-05:00MomHi everyone!
It seems like a lot of challenges this week are involving Mothers's day themes, since it is right around the corner. I decided might as well start on my cards and enter them in the challenges. Simple but cute right!
Well that's all for tonight thanks for stopping by I will be back on Friday with a new post and new card for you all.
Linking up:
Pink Cricut: Link up Tuesday
Pink by Design: Mothers's Day
Die Cuttin Divas: Challenge #113 Anything Goes
3GirlJam: Anything Goes with Ribbon Challenge #17

- Posted using BlogPress from my iPad

more fun scrapshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14087931614090235323noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5797672268816190419.post-46074049833641082952013-04-28T21:57:00.001-05:002013-04-28T21:57:17.585-05:00Sweet-ieHi everyone! I'm back tonight with another adorable card. I have to say I love this card so much. It has to be one of my new favorite cards. When you see if you will know why. I hated this card at first since it took almost 3 hours from start to finish. I had to redo it like 3 times before I was happy with the way it looked. I was becoming so aggravated with it but I am glad I did not just quit on it since it came out so cute. So how about I stop talking and we take a look at my card that I keep blabbering about.

Cute huh? That owl is just to adorable. I purchased her from the silhouette online store, I believe the file is called Owl on Branch. I just popped her up on some foam square to make her stick out more from the cute paper. The sentiment comes from My Thoughts Exactly Sweet Thoughts collection. I also used some stickles on her eyelids and some cute rhinestones from Hobby Lobby to bling it up a bit.

Hope you enjoyed my card tonight and thanks for stopping by.

Linking up:
Cameo Creations Challenge: Mothers's Day

Die Cuttin Divas: Challenge # 112 Flowers

- Posted using BlogPress from my iPad
more fun scrapshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14087931614090235323noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5797672268816190419.post-6382828158009631472013-04-24T20:31:00.001-05:002013-04-24T20:31:50.317-05:00Caught a bugHello everyone!

Thought I would share another quick and simple card with you all today. I told you all I have been making a lot of them recently. My video was actually of a birthday card but since it is not working with me I figured you all would be ok with another baby card. This time for a little girl. I used yet another SVG Cuts cutting file (I love them, they have the best files) for my cute little romper. It is actually a free file they have called Nora's Romper. I have been so busy with work and being a mommy that I haven't had a chance to do any posting. Hopefully I can stay on top of my blog this time around and won't abandon you all. I have also decided to tackle making videos for you all. I know I love to watch everyone's tutorials and videos so I thought why not give it a shot.
For my first couple of posts you will notice a lot of baby cards and birthday cards. I have been trying to create a reserve stack for my files, since it seems like those are the two most popular types of cards I have been making lately.
Tonight I have a cute baby card for you all. I actually used a cute and sweet little lamb from SVG cutting files, Which by the way is a free file, for the main element on my card. As for the rest of my card I just used pretty paper and embellishments. Come take a look and tell me what you think.

See I told you all that the lamb was a cutie pie. Adorable!!! My sentiment came from Scrappy Moms Stamps Special Deliver set.Well I believe that's it from me tonight, don't want to make you bored of me already. Hope to see you all back tomorrow night with another paper project.
I am having problems with my background. So so sorry. Anyways back to the challenge. I am so excited to be a part of this challenge over at pinkcricut.com. She is hosting a master crafter challenge. What is this you may ask? Well basically we had to incorporate the following items that were mailed to us in our project:
- Scissor Mouse sponsored by Westcott
-DCWV Rockstar mat stack sponsored by DCWV Deals
-Cotton Bag Sponsored by State line Bag Co.
-1/2 sheet of Rhinestones sponsored by Queen & Co.
-Sentiment stamp sponsored by Pink by Design
- 2 Assorted Buttons
realizing that one thing is a tool, and may not be used as part of the project, but used to make the project. We may use other things from our stash to make our project.

On Oct.4 we will be linking our wonderful projects up and we get to vote on the best ones. The person with the most votes will get to choose their prize from the list of prizes and then the others will be drawn randomly.

Please Remember Voting will begin at 12:01 am on the 4th as well, and will last for one week, until October 11, 2012 at 12:02 am CST.

Without further ado here is my project for the challenge

You see that guitar right there.. Yep it's paper cute huh? I made it using an SVG Cuts file called Spring Birdhouse. It was actually a birdhouse file but I did some altering in Silhouette Designer Studio edition and turned it into an awesome guitar. The paper used is from the rock star stack that was required. If you look closely I incorporated the green gem stones to look like the guitar frets. I used fishing string as the guitar strings and green brads along the bottom to hold the strings down. Using basic shapes in SDSE I created guitar picks to be housed inside the cute little bag, which I stamped with the required stamp that says play. I also decided to decorate the bag a bit by using some cute buttons and twine. I also used the EP shape tool to cut out a skull from the rock star paper and use as decoration for the bag also.

Here is better picture of what the outside of the bag looks like. I spent all morning putting "wallpaper" in my daughters calico critters house. Yesterday she got a house for like little animals and you can go on there website and download the printable wallpaper. So I did that and got to cutting and putting atg tape on each piece. I admit it does look super cute but it is a lot of work basically for nothing since my daughter is 2 and a half so she really doesn't care if it looks cute or not. But oh we'll it was worth spending the time with her watching it all come together. Ok so enough about that on to my project.

I have been working on a lot of Halloween decor for my house. I am trying to make as much stuff as I can without buying too much. So I decided to make the apothecary jars from the toil and trouble SVG Cuts file. I made the tall and the short one.

For the tall one I used some glittery halloweeny paper with some paper metallic like paper super cute

For the short one I used some Halloween vellum like paper it doesn't look see through in pic but it is. I didn't want to put too much on the outside of this one since I wanted to show off the paper most of all.

Side view of short jar.

I am planning on making a couple more projects for my Halloween decor so be on the look out for those.

- Posted using BlogPress from my iPad
more fun scrapshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14087931614090235323noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5797672268816190419.post-37708422376362041132012-09-10T20:44:00.001-05:002012-09-10T20:44:29.548-05:001st Halloween card of the yearSo can I just say that I have been so swamped at work that its ridiculous. I'm so exhausted and not had a break to relax(craft) in a good bit. I did realize that I forgot to post my Halloween card. I used SVG cuts Fall Harvest kit for my card base and trees. As for the decorations I used a little bit from a couple of different kits. So enough describing lets get to the pics.

The cute pumpkin, the fence and the black cat are all from SVG cuts midnight jamboree kit

The cute spider hanging from the tree is from SVG cuts party on elm street kit I am unsure where I got the witches pot and potion bottle from.

The bats in the tree and the banner in the tree are also from SVG cuts party on elm street kit. The pumpkins are from the midnight jamboree kit and the graves with ghosts I think are from a Lettering Delights but I could be wrong. Sorry I cannot remember where exactly I got them from.

Well I'm off to bed now and hopefully I can wake up bright and refreshed. Remember I love to hear your thoughts on all of my projects so please let me know what your thoughts are.

- Posted using BlogPress from my iPad
more fun scrapshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14087931614090235323noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5797672268816190419.post-65942114671570926972012-09-03T07:09:00.001-05:002012-09-03T07:09:17.633-05:00Cherry blossom tree card I love the free Kyoto Kuties file from lettering delights. I prob have used this file over a hundred times. Its so super cute. I also used the fall tree card file from SVG cuts Fall Harvest kit for the base of my card.

This card was really hard to photograph because it's just so big and awkward to me.

Here is the second flap of my card I used the tree from the original file but I used the cherry blossoms from the free SVG cuts files.

Here is the final flap which is my fav one. This is the tree from lettering delights free file. I modified the tree to make it fit on the card. I also adding a little hummingbird at the top.

Well that's all for today I hope that you enjoyed my card as much as I enjoyed making it. I don't think I will be giving this one away to just anybody. I have to make sure its a special person. ;)

Posted using BlogPress from my iPad
more fun scrapshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14087931614090235323noreply@blogger.com0
